Professional help with our property sale in Calahonda Golf

Vi bestämde oss för att sälja vår lägenhet i Calahonda i november 2021 och besökte Startgroups kontor i Calahonda. Vi fick snabbt intrycket att företaget hade djup kunskap om området. De visste precis var min lägenhet låg och vilket pris den skulle marknadsföras till. Regarding the sale of our apartment through Start Group. In short, very efficient. We asked a representative from Start group to come to the property for a valuation. We already had an educated idea as to what the property could be worth and the indicated sale price was very close. After a bit of rationalisation a start price was agreed. Within 4 weeks a sensible offer was made and accepted. All the documentation was in place, a preferred completion date was requested, the sale/legal process went through in just over 4 months.
